Henry Perry intentionally fouled Jeff Dsida at the end of the first half. It gave The Bomb Squad a 5 point lead that they would never relinquish. They ran into Matt Traub on the wrong night, with Traub shooting 9-11 for 19 points.
| The Bomb Squad move to 5-1 while Judge Jim slips to 4-2. Judge Jim has Boo Radley and NWA left. They should make it at 4-4, but a win over NWA will guarantee them a spot in the A Bracket. The Bomb Squad clinches and looks to win their last two against Hank Mardukas and Ortega for a better seed. Game MVP goes to Traub.
| "Great reffing" - Jeff Dsida. Overall the quality of the refs has been noticeably worse this year.

#6 AD 51 - #12 McGarry Dangles Inc. 30
|
| IT WAS OVER WHEN... | PLAYOFF CHANCES/MVP | QUOTE | Miles Lashley stepped in the gym. Lashley destroyed McGarry Dangles, who watched their A Bracket dreams float out the door.
| AD moves to 4-1, and because they had a bye, clinch a winning record (at least 4-3), and secure a spot in the playoffs. They have to play Supreme Court and Theo the last two weeks, but will probably be in the 5-7 seed range. At 2-4 with Barifinkle next week, McGarry Dangles is eliminated from the playoff picture. Lashley gets game MVP.
| "We got f***ing destroyed" - Danny Douaire
| Up Next: AD vs. Supreme Court. McGarry Dangles vs. Barifinkle.

#10 Mallard Magic 38 - #18 Off In The Woods 28
|
| IT WAS OVER WHEN... | PLAYOFF CHANCES/MVP | QUOTE | Ryder Borre scored the first 2 points of the game and of his season in the first minute. It wasn't a good omen for Off In The Woods.
| Mallard Magic moves to 4-1, and have Ortega and Barifinkle left. Even 2 losses will give them a playoff berth at 4-3, something they could not secure last year as Team Brown. Ryder Borre is game MVP.
| "At least Porter didn't have a seizure like the last time I played him" - Connor Murphy
| Up Next: Mallard Magic vs. Ortega. Off In The Woods vs. Theo. |
#11 Boo Radley and Friends 37 - #19 Hank Mardukas 28
| IT WAS OVER WHEN... | PLAYOFF CHANCES/MVP | QUOTE | Spencer Levin keyed a Boo Radley run to stretch their lead from 1 for most of the game to the final margin of 9. Hank Mardukas has shown they can hang with some tough teams, but that first win still eludes them.
| Hank Mardukas is out. At 3-3, Boo Radley still has hope. They have to play Judge Jim and Off In The Woods. If they win one, they'll need help to get in at 4-4. If they win both, they'll be in at 5-3. 4-4 may get in, but there's no way of knowing. Give Spencer Levin MVP.
| "Hey McGowan, you're a little bitch" - Mikey Ahern to Danny McGowan. Hank Mardukas doesn't have the greatest team chemistry.
| Up Next: Boo Radley vs. Judge Jim. Hank Mardukas vs. Bomb Squad.

#13 The Bullets 45 - #17 NWA 34
|
| IT WAS OVER WHEN... | PLAYOFF CHANCES/MVP | QUOTE | Robert Gorodetsky, Ben Levine, and Henry Werner showed NWA what fundamentally sound shooting was all about. Gorodetsky had 22 while Werner had 10.
| The Bullets move to 2-4, and have a bye week next week. That means they can't get to .500, and will be in the B Bracket. NWA is 0-5, and will be in the B Bracket as well.
| "Yo, honestly, Ben Brust isn't that good of a shooter. I don't know how he's going to Iowa" - Robert Gorodetsky
| Up Next: Bullets vs. BYE. NWA vs. Tallula.
#14 Coot's Coot 36 - #15 Phase 4 31
|
| IT WAS OVER WHEN... | PLAYOFF CHANCES/MVP | QUOTE | Phase 4 couldn't match the intensity of Coot's Coot. Coot's Coot had all the momentum at the end, chanting, screaming and doing anything they could to stop Phase 4.
| Coot's Coot moves to 2-4, with The Express and McGarry Dangles left. That means at least one loss, and they will be in the B Bracket. Phase 4 slips to 1-5, and will be in the B bracket as well. Joe Boehrer was game MVP.
| "A rough tough loss but how about them BULLS" - Sam Shapiro
| Up Next: Coot's Coot vs. The Express. Phase 4 vs. Medieval Times.
